Developing Medical Genetics Education Through Curriculum Reforms And Establishment of Postgraduate Training Programs EACEA

During 21-24 February, 2017 a higher education-related training was organized by the Medical University of Graz, Austria for the partner universities (YSMU and TIIT) for newly developed education programs

During the four-day training the topics and the practical parts were presented by the stuff of the MUG: Dr. Karine Sargsyan, Mrs. Christina Schönbacher, Mrs. Tanja Macheiner, Mr. Gabriele Hartl, Mrs. Franziska Vogl, Mrs. Annemarie Marold, Dr. Martina Fraißler. The training was mainly dedicated to the Graz model for integrative development in education programs and their sustainability.The summary of the main topics and activities were:

- sustainability in education,
- quality in education
- quality control and quality assurance of education programs
- practical workshops in sustainability and quality of new postgraduate education programs
- development of international relationships at the MUG
- structure and functioning of postgraduate school at the MUG
