Faculty Trainings

After the consultations with national stakeholders and developing the general structure of the master/residency programs and modules a capacity needs assessment will be conducted resulting in a detailed plan for upgrading staff capacity of Armenian and Israeli universities. Trainings will be organized in close cooperation with the EU partner universities consisting of two subsequent stages:

A. External training in 2015 will include short training courses for Armenian and Israeli staff/trainees in EU partner universities through organization of teaching courses, clinical or laboratory practice, and development of competence in new teaching methods, including e-learning, according to EU teaching standards.

Training at Medical University of Graz - July 2015
Training at Université Paris Descartes - May, June, November 2015


B. Local training in 2016 will be provided in the form of coaching teaching process and exchange of best practices by EU staff/trainers in Armenian and Israeli universities to upgrade teachers’ competence in didactics and new teaching methods.
